We answer your questions

Are ski pass and insurance included in the lesson price ?
No, the course subscription does not include the ski pass or insurance ! We recommend that you take out insurance, particularly that offered when you purchase online, or check your personal ski insurance.
Do I need a lift pass?
  • It all depends on your level of skiing. For beginners, you won't need a ski pass for the 1st day of lessons, but if your instructor decides to take you out on the slopes during the week, he or she will ask you to buy a ski pass.
  • From intermediate level upwards, you'll need an all-massifs pass for every lesson.
Are materials provided ?
No, the service does not include equipment. You must rent the necessary equipment in advance :
  • Ski boots,
  • Skis,
  • Poles,
  • Helmet is recommended.
In case of lack of snow ? 
Please check the home page of our website 2 days before your arrival. We will update information on snow conditions and skiability if necessary. We will do our utmost to ensure that our lessons take place in the best possible conditions, even if the resort is only partially open.

Only if the resort you're interested in is closed due to lack of snow, will we offer to relocate the lessons to a nearby site (Les Jouvencelles, Le Balancier, La Dôle, La Serra). Then, if there's no suitable venue, we'll refund the money you've paid in advance.
