We answer your questions

Are ski pass and insurance included in the lesson price ?
No, the course subscription does not include the ski pass or insurance ! We recommend that you take out insurance, particularly that offered when you purchase online, or check your personal ski insurance.
Do I need to provide my teen with a lift pass ?
  • It all depends on your teen's level of skiing. For beginner level snowboarders, they won't need one for the 1st day of lessons, but if their instructor decides to take them out on the slopes during the week, you'll be asked to buy a ski pass.
  • From intermediate snowboard level upwards, you'll need an all-mountain pass for every lesson.
What equipment do I need for my teen ? Is it provided ?
No, the service does not include equipment. You must rent the necessary equipment in advance :
  • snowboard boots,
  • snowboard,
  • wrist guards if possible,
  • helmet is a must.
My teen doesn't know how to ski. Can he or she snowboard ?
Yes, snowboarding and skiing are two different disciplines.
In case of lack of snow ? 
Please check the home page of our website 2 days before your arrival. We will update information on snow conditions and skiability if necessary. We will do our utmost to ensure that our lessons take place in the best possible conditions, even if the resort is only partially open.

Only if the resort you're interested in is closed due to lack of snow, will we offer to relocate the lessons to a nearby site (Les Jouvencelles, Le Balancier, La Dôle, La Serra). Then, if there's no suitable venue, we'll refund the money you've paid in advance.
