Our Esf Les Rousses instructors will guide you towards mastery of your skis and rifles worthy of champions!

Classic or skating, ranging from laser rifles, pellet rifles but also the 22LGR... Book a private lesson, adapted to your level and your objectives.

Laser rifle/pellet courses are accessible from 8 years old and take place at La Darbella.

The 22LGR rifle courses are accessible from 10 years old, require a certain level and take place at the Stade des Tuffes.

We answer your questions

Are ski pass and insurance included in the lesson price ?
No, the course subscription does not include the ski pass or insurance ! We recommend that you take out insurance, particularly that offered when you purchase online, or check your personal ski insurance.
Do I need a badge to access the slopes ?
For laser/plumbs biathlon, you'll need a piste access badge. For the 22LGR biathlon you will need to pay the stadium entrance fee.
What equipment ? Is it supplied ?
We supply rifles (precision equipment). However, you must first rent Nordic equipment (skis, shoes, poles).
What clothes should I wear ?
Nordic skiing gets hot very quickly, so make sure your clothing is breathable and not too thick. You can also bring a water bottle.
In case of lack of snow ?
Please check the home page of our website 2 days before your arrival. We will update information on snow conditions and skiability if necessary. We will do our utmost to ensure that our lessons take place in the best possible conditions, even if the ski area is only partially open.

  • For lessons at La Darbella, only if this site is closed due to lack of snow, we will offer to relocate the lessons to a nearby site (Chalet de la Frasse, Bois d'Amont, Le Risoux...). Then, if no site is available, we'll refund the advance.
  • For lessons at the Stade des Tuffes, only if it is closed due to lack of snow and we are unable to provide lessons, we will refund the advance.
